the trips  filled with love & signs

There are journeys that are planned. With a map, a guidebook, and a list of places to see.

There are journeys that happen differently, guided by something more delicate than a plan. Sometimes by the gaze of a stranger.

Sometimes by a road that suddenly turns toward the mountains.

And sometimes by a sign that only the heart understands.

For years now, I have been walking such roads. I don’t always know where they lead.

But I know they are not accidental.

When I look today at the photographs from my travels, I see something more than landscapes and the faces of people met along the way.

I see moments. Those quiet instants when something inside whispers: stop.

When the world slows down for a moment and everything becomes clearer.

Sometimes it is tea shared with someone I met five minutes earlier.

Sometimes a conversation without a common language. And sometimes just silence shared with someone on the threshold of a home, in the shade of a tree, or on a stone by the road.

In such moments, travel stops being a movement from one place to another.

It becomes a meeting. With another person. With a place.

And with the part of oneself that usually remains silent.

Sometimes it is the face of a passerby on the street.

Sometimes a child running through the dust.

Sometimes a door left slightly open.

I gather these moments like small signs.

I do not always understand their meaning right away.

But I know they are part of the road. And I know they form a story.

Not about places that must be seen, but about the path I am walking. About the moments that stopped me for a while. About the signs that appeared exactly when they were needed.

I no longer believe in coincidences.

I believe in attentiveness.

I also believe in love that appears in travel in many forms.

Not only the romantic one.

More often in the simplest form: in a gesture, in a glance, in the hospitality of people who do not ask where you are from, only whether you are hungry.

My work is about this.

About the road.

About people.

About signs.

About moments that may not mean much to the world, but mean to the heart.

About time that can change a person.

Because the true journey is not about how many kilometers we travel.

It is about how many times we allow the world to move us.

And how many times we dare to follow a sign.

P.S.

My work is a record of this wandering.

A quiet journey through the world — filled with love and sign.
